Refund Policy

Refund in cases of Cancellations are mentioned in Cancellation policy, kindly refer the same.

If the Consumers / End Users cancel the order atleast 48 hrs prior the date of the delivery, he shall be eligible for a Full Refund. No refund will be made in case the Consumers / End Users want to cancel the order of delivery while it is less than 48 hrs away i.e. the Consumer / End User has to cancel any order keeping in hand at least 48 hrs and for less than 48 hrs from the date and time of delivery, no refund will be made by the Death To Toasters Private Limited.

The acceptance of order is subject to availability of products, delivery areas and time. The order may or may not be accepted. The order might be cancelled after assessing the circumstances and communicated to customer. In such case amount paid by customer is fully refunded to Death To Toasters wallet or bank account.

Only one attempt for delivery will be made. Please confirm availability of recipient before choosing delivery time. If recipient is not available at the time of delivery, second attempt will not be made and order will be cancelled. No refund will be made in such case. Refunds are processed subject to your payment method within 15 working days.

In case the product is found damaged at the OUTLET, the Death To Toasters shall refund the amount in full. The customer is requested to check the product properly at the time of delivery at the OUTLET. In case there is an issue with the quality of the product, upon receiving complain by the customer the Death To Toasters refund the amount of the product in question.
